Book an Appointment Online

Please read the following instructions before booking your appointment:




  • Please ensure you have completed all steps when booking an appointment.  If you do not receive an email confirming your appointment, this means your booking has not been completed.
  • Rescheduling - If you would like to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please ensure that you have signed up for a personlized Schedulicity page.  This will allow you to access and adjust all of your appointments.
  • Cancellation list - If you would like to be put on a cancellation list for a particular day and time, please call the office. We will be sure to call you if an appointment time becomes available and if a therapist knows you are trying to get in, they might be able to find a spot in the schedule where they can accommodate you.
  • If you would like to book an appointment within 2 hours from now
    please call our office.
  • If you have any difficulty using the system, please do not hesitate to call us. We will be happy to assist you by phone.



Acupuncture patients




  • All first appointments must be booked by calling the clinic. Follow-up sessions may then be booked online.
  • Please disregard the notation that says follow-up session are 15min in duration - all sessions are 45-60min.
  • If it has been more than 1 year since your last appointment, you will need to book an initial appointment in order to review your case history. Please call the office at 250-383-2626



Massage Therapy patients




  • If there is a therapist you would like to see who is unavailable on the day(s) you are trying to book, try selecting a shorter treatment length as smaller time slots may be available sooner.
  • If you are a new patient, please indicate the reason for your visit in the "Message to your service provider" box when booking your appointment.  If you are pregnant, please note the number of weeks so that we can prepare the table for your comfort.
