Nicole Berezowsky, RMT
Nicole is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT) Victoria campus, with 3000 hours of training. She is registered with the College of Massage Therapy of BC and is a member of the Massage Therapy Association of BC. Nicole's background in holistic nutrition and martial arts has led to her fascination with how the body works, and her dedication to discovering how each individual can reach their body's optimal function and performance.
Nicole's treatment approach is based on identifying root causes, and treating the body as a whole with a variety of skilled techniques including: deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, Muscle Energy Technique, Isometric Release, joint mobilization, PNF stretching, and hydrotherapy. Nicole enjoys working with active people with specific joint and muscle injuries. She is also passionate about providing massage to women during pregnancy and in the postpartum period.
As part of Nicole's holistic approach to health care, she enjoys prescribing specific remedial exercises for her patients that can improve their health and quality of life. Stretching, strengthening, and postural exercises as well as modifications to daily activities are part of Nicole's individualized treatment plans for her patients.
When she is not working, Nicole enjoys traveling, cooking, surfing, gardening, playing music, yoga, kayaking and camping.

In accordance with provincial regulation, all therapists at the Elements of Health Centre are licensed and in good standing with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncturists (CTCMA) or College of Massage Therapists.
