Remembering to Remember

The intention to practice meditation and our ability to bring mindfulness and compassion into the everyday moments of lives is deeply supported by practicing in community.  Having a weekly touch point together helps enliven our commitment and serves as a reminder to align us with “remembering to remember” the benefits of cultivating presence, inner stillness, kindness, gentleness, patience and ease.

This weekly practice group is suited for people who have previously completed 6-8wk mindfulness programming, either with Stephanie or another teacher.  (note – if you are new to meditation, please consider registering for the Intro to Mindfulness program first and then joining the next round of R2R)

When:  9 Mondays – April 15 to June 17  from 7-7:45pm  (join anytime and fee will be prorated)

Where: Online via zoom and from the comfort of your own home

Fee: $195
