
Remembering to Remember
The intention to practice meditation and our ability to bring mindfulness and compassion into the everyday moments of lives is deeply supported by practicing in community. Having a weekly touch point together helps enliven our commitment to cultivating the beautiful qualities of presence, inner stillness, kindness, gentleness, patience and ease. With awareness, every moment we’re awake can be a moment of practice…we just need to “remember to remember”.
Whether you are new to practice or have been practicing for awhile, all are welcome and you can join anytime. The pricing is automatically prorated each week at checkout.
2025 dates – Feb.24 / Apr.7, 14, 28 / May 5, 12, 26 (started Jan and there are 7 sessions remaining)
*no gatherings in March, Stephanie will be away on retreat
Mondays from 7:45-8:30pm

Note: Everyone is warmly welcome and finances should not be a barrier to joining. Making instalments or utilizing a sliding scale are both heartfully available for anyone in need. About the instructor – Stephanie Curran (she/her) has been practicing meditation for 28 years. She has completed a number of teacher trainings and has been leading a variety of mindfulness-based programming since 2010.
