What is PhysioYoga?

PhysioYoga is the integration of physiotherapy and yoga with evidence-informed techniques. It is a healing practice that is aimed at bringing a stronger awareness to your breath, your pelvic floor, and your body as a whole. PhysioYoga encourages you to take an active role in improving and maintaining your health.
