
Mini Mindfulness Retreats

Join Stephanie at the beautiful and bright Helga Beer Yoga Studio for an afternoon of ‘being’ and the nourishment of gentle self-care. Guided instructions and practices will include:
- sitting practice
- body scan
- gentle mindful movement / yin style yoga
- mindful eating (by enjoying a tasty treat!)
Whether you are new to meditation or have previous experience with practice, all are welcome.
These retreats are designed as a series to support momentum with a touch point of practice together every 5-8 weeks. If you are unable to attend all three though, you can register for the sessions individually.

2025 Fall: Sundays – Oct.19 / Dec.14 (1-4pm)
2026 Winter: Sundays – Jan.25 / Feb.22

Tuition: $95 per gathering
Note: Everyone is welcome and finances should not be a barrier to joining. Making instalments or utilizing a sliding scale are both heartfully available for anyone in need. Please email Stephanie to inquire – scurran@elementscentre.ca
