Jennifer Mildon BSc, MPT

Jennifer (she/her) graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2015 with a Master of Physical Therapy. Jennifer moved to Victoria after graduating from UBC and has been working in private practice treating musculoskeletal and pelvic health conditions. Jennifer has a strong interest in pelvic health and has completed additional certifications to develop the skills and knowledge needed to effectively treat incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, and issues relating to menopause, pregnancy, and postpartum. She also provides pre and post-operative care for gender affirming surgeries. Jennifer offers treatments to all genders and all ages for musculoskeletal and pelvic health conditions.

Jennifer will ensure that you receive holistic care tailored to your individualized health experience. She will motivate you to take an active role in your healing, and will work at your pace to guide you through every step of your journey. Jennifer uses a combination of dry needling, manual therapy, education, and exercise prescription to help you reach your goals.

Jennifer maintains a good work life balance, spending her free time with her daughter and doodle exploring all that Vancouver Island has to offer. She stays active by hiking, biking, paddle boarding, and practicing yoga. Jennifer feels most rejuvenated spending time in nature, especially when camping in the backcountry or sailing on the ocean.
