2025 is a year with lots of big milestones.
Along with turning 50 (see February for my birthday reflections), this month marks 25 years since I graduated and began my career in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.
When I think back to those early days—freshly trained, full of curiosity, and eager to support healing—I never could have imagined the ways this path would shape me.
It’s been such a privilege to walk alongside people through moments of vulnerability, uncertainty, and transformation. To witness healing as a process of remembering wholeness.
Over the years, this practice has deepened and reshaped me. It’s taught me that presence is often more powerful than fixing, that listening can be more healing than advising, and that resilience is born not from avoiding pain but from meeting it with care.
What began as a practice of medicine has become a practice of being incredibly human. Of showing up, again and again, with open eyes and a steady heart.
To all those who have invited me into their healing journey—thank you. Your trust has been one of the greatest honors of my life.
Here’s to continuing the work. Rooted, open, and always growing.
